1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, opening, or using Hahu, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
2. Description of the Service
Hahu allows you to build a personal archive for meaningful objects. You may create exhibit records, add photos, save time-based updates, compare visual changes, write notes, store memory fragments, receive reminders, and access premium archive tools.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the photos, notes, titles, tags, and other content you add to Hahu. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.
- You must not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
- You must not use the app to store content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
- You remain responsible for reviewing and managing your own archive entries.
4. Premium Features and Coins
Some features in Hahu may require coins or paid access. All purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase services and are subject to Apple's billing, refund, and account rules.
- Coin balances and premium access are tied to the app and your Apple purchase flow.
- Pricing, availability, and promotional offers may change over time.
- Premium access does not transfer any ownership rights in the app itself.
5. Proper Use
You agree not to misuse Hahu. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app.
- Using the app in a way that harms other users, Apple services, or device security.
- Using false information to imitate another person or organization.
6. Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or remove parts of the app at any time. We do not promise that the app will always be available without interruption or error.
7. Device Storage and Exports
Hahu is designed around personal archiving. Your records may be stored locally on your device, and export features may allow you to share copies of your data when you choose to do so.
8. Disclaimer
Hahu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every archive, reminder, comparison result, or premium tool will always be uninterrupted, perfectly accurate, or free from technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Hahu, including loss of data, archive content, or device access.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. Updated versions may be published inside the app, and continued use of Hahu after an update means you accept the revised terms.
