Hahu is designed as a personal archive experience. It may process object titles, notes, photos, time slices, change records, reminder data, and premium purchase status in order to provide its museum-style features.
2. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the app, Hahu may process the following categories of information:
- Exhibit names, tags, notes, memory fragments, and condition descriptions.
- Photos and visual records that you choose to capture or import.
- Dates, status labels, comparison details, and archive updates you enter manually.
- Support messages or emails you send to us.
3. Device Permissions
Hahu may request device permissions only when relevant to the feature you are using.
- Camera: to capture exhibit photos and new time slices.
- Photo Library: to import images that you choose to archive.
- Microphone: if voice-based features are available in the app.
- Tracking Permission: only if presented and allowed by you under Apple's system flow.
4. How We Use Information
Information processed by Hahu may be used to:
- Create and display your museum archive entries.
- Power timeline views, comparison tools, reminders, and premium archive features.
- Maintain your coin balance and purchase-related access.
- Improve stability, fix issues, and respond to support requests.
5. Storage and Retention
Archive content may be stored locally on your device inside the app environment. Exported files are only created or shared when you choose to do so. We keep support emails only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or maintain service records.
6. Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple may provide limited purchase status details needed to unlock content or restore purchases.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal archive content. Information may be shared only when necessary to:
- Complete Apple in-app purchase processing.
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal request.
- Protect the security, rights, or operation of the app and its users.
8. Tracking
If the app requests tracking authorization, that permission is optional. If you deny tracking, the core archive experience remains available.
9. Your Choices
You may control your data by managing your archive content and device settings.
- You may edit or delete exhibit records within the app.
- You may revoke permissions through iOS Settings.
- You may choose whether or not to export your archive data.
10. Children's Privacy
Hahu is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the request.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version may be made available inside the app with a revised effective date.
